I loved my apartment! It was a big 1 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment (800 ) with attached garage. It had the pond view, 2 pools, fitness center, tennis court, and indoor basketball court (1/2 court). Some neighbors were noisy but bearable. I could not complain about the landscaping (they always had it tidy). I felt safe but I did here about other's cars being broken into. It is a gated property but 85% of the time the gate was open. The property is stucco and my building had the terra cotta tiled roof so it was a nice looking building. When it came to maintnance, I only had 1 issue and it was my garage opener (they had to change the frequency) and after 3 tries they finally got it right. The office staff is incompetent. I had UPS and Fed Ex packages that were dropped off in the lobby and when I went to pick them up they would take anywhere between 15 to 40 minutes to find my package. Overall I enjoyed my 1 year stay at this complex. I moved because they increased the rent by $300 (from $800 to $1100) for a 1 bedroom apartment! I bought a house. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
