I've been here since October. I have lived in several apartments before this place and I think it ranks high. No apartment living is perfect, but this place is good. The grounds are always well kept. The back pool can be party central on the weekends, but the front pool is always relaxing and beautiful. I love my actual apartment, and maintenance has always been responsive. Most of the office staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to help and they know my name! The construction is kind of a pain right now, but they have been keeping us informed, and it sounds like it will be really nice when it is completed!
