Thinking of Camden Bay, Think Again

This is the worst apartment I have ever rented. It seemed nice at first, and the leasing agents will tell you it's an awesome place to live. From the time I moved in I had bug problems which I repeatedly had to call to get resolved. It's aging, so the inside of the apartment isn't that great at all. For the $900 rent I paid, I should have gotten alot more. The worst part was about 7 months into my lease, they began a renovation of the outside of the buildings which they said would take only 1 month to complete. 4 months later, still have scafolding around my building. Constant noise from the construction, no access to my porch and above all, no consolation in rent. I spent almost a month with black or blue plastic covering all of my windows - it was aweful..knowing the price of my rent. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE
