They need better leasing agents

First, the leasing agent that had me sign my lease, made me feel uncomftroable... they will be a fee for everything. they will be a fee if my car alarm will go off lol!!!
Secondly, I ask them if my UPS package is available at the front office, for about 5 days, they tell me its not there..then, I find out its been there for a week, and they pretend that they went to search, but they didn't..
When I first moved in to the camden bay, they gave me the wrong mail box key and had me wait for a week to get the new key and cashed my check before it was due, caused me alot of problems
