I lived at Camden Bay for a year with my boyfriend and we loved every minute of it!! The office was always nice and if we had any maintenance issues, it only took an hour or so for them to come out. I would recommend living here to anyone!! I don't know what the other people are talking about, we had no problems with bugs and when we went to the leasing office they informed us about the construction that would take place in the next few months. Great place to live!!

The only bad thing was there was some riraff that come to play basketball, but we just thought they walked over from the Newport apartments down the street!
