Overall, not so bad. I move just about every year due to work and I have lived in more worst places than this. I can tell horror stories of some of the other apartments!
Pros:
- Love the options of different floor plans. Interior space is well designed.
- Its nice to have a garage.
- Parking is pretty good. Its nice to be able to park in a driveway as opposed to a lot.
- Love the view from my balcony.
- Location is great, not too far away from everything.
- Probably the quietest neighbors I have had in years.
- I feel safe walking about at night.
- Best part for someone like me who moves all the time, you can transfer to another Camden community without paying another application fee or a "breaking the lease" fee. I just learned this recently.
Cons:
- Maintenance is slow. I have to call a few times for them to come by. Luckily, I am handy. I just fix most things myself.
- The gates don't work most of the time.
- Pricey!
- No parking in front of the mailboxes so people just park their cars and block traffic.
- Thank goodness the construction is over.
Compared to some I have lived in, this place is the Ritz-Carlton! But overall, I think I give it a 75 out of 100. There are many things they can improve on.
I hope this helps.

I tried moving to another Camden Community and they were going to charge me $300. I hope you have more success than me.
