Over that past 2 years that I have been a resident of Camden Bay, it has gone down hill. I would NOT recommend anyone with even a little bit of class to live here! There has been a sofa and chair that the people across from me put out in the hallway for over a week and a half now! (This is the second time within the past 5 months that they have done this). The trash containers are way to small where people are putting there trash outside of their containers only for the wild animals to get into it and leave trash/food in the hallways!! The hallways are so filthy dirty and stained with food, etc that I will not even where shoes in my apartment! This is not only a health issue but also very discussing to look at each and everyday! I do not invite friends or family over for I m embarrassed of the living conditions of Camden Bay. I feel as if I am living in the slums!

Also when I was walking through the development I saw dog mess everywhere not only the dog mess but along with it the smell that is so awful! I would recommend signs saying that it will be a $250 fine if caught not picking up behind your dog! Maybe then people will respond and keep Camden and little cleaner of dog mess.
Not only did I see dog mess on my walk I also saw beer bottles, empty water bottles, empty beer cases an empty Bryers ice cream container with the plastic spoon that someone just threw on the ground, also a pizza box that someone just threw on the ground instead of putting it in the trash, where it belongs, there is trash everywhere! Also plastic grocery bags, the plastic that holds the 6 pack of bottles together, needless to say the many bottles in the ponds, all of this trash poses a serious hazard to the wildlife that live here! I ve seen a Heron with the plastic from holding a six pack together wrapped around his bill and neck! I do not want to see this again. Every day there is always some kind of garbage on the streets, grass and the sidewalks!

And also the cars that speed up and down the streets throughout the development like it s a raceway and spinning wheels day AND through the night has to be put to a stop, signs saying if caught speeding within the development will result in a fine. By posting signs may help this situation. Gated community' I don't think so, the gate is always open!

I pay good money to live here and I would like very much not to feel I live in the slums! I would like to feel free to invite my family and friends over to see what a beautiful place I live in .....not be embarrassed by the filthy conditions of Camden Bay Apartments. Something has to be done to rectify these conditions as soon as possible. Evendly the manager of Camden Bay is not doing her job!
