It is unfortunate this complex is not managed any better. The pool remains unlocked 24 hours a day. Small childern roller blade and ride bicycle around the pool and out in front of traffic. There is very limited maintenance. The pools and hot tub are not maintained. The hot tub is rarely heated and when it is, you could use it to boil potatoes. There are open electrical boxes with live wires at ground level. Control boxes for fire supression are open and unlocked with the water valves exposed for anyone to turn off the fire sprinkler systems for the apartment buildings. There are mecury vapor lights incorrectly installed at eye level with no protective covers. This place is a large liabilty law waiting to happen.
Numerous attempts to request the service that should be standard remain uncorrected.

It does not surprise me. The best decision I made was getting out of there. People that live there have also criminal records, they don't even screen tenants before renting, another reason why is not safe to live there. The gates are a joke anybody can get in, they remove the security personel more than a year ago, there is not control over parking spaces and none on noisy people making noise at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. This place sucks, only the gigant roaches can live there.

I don't notice too many noisy neighbors, mine are all fine. The main issue i have is Reserved parking. There is a lack of guest spots infront of certain buildings. Most of the time the reserved spots are not in use. You get only 1 spot regardless of how many bedrooms you have. Maintenance seems to be okay, they do come and fix things when you call. I also have a issue with the gate being always open. When it is closed, it is very easy to follow someone in. Also the valet trash is crappy, they give you a tiny garbage pale that you need to bring back inside. They use to have nice boxes outside.

Yes, they do screen tenants. Or else they wouldn't have known my boyfriend had multiple speeding tickets. And they lock the pools so random people don't just go in there. You SHOULD have an amenity key to fix that problem. I do agree that the front gate is ALWAYS open and people do piggy back their way in. But other than that, I think this place is fine.
