I have been living at this complex for about 3 months. I have not had the best of luck with these people.
Example #1: About a month ago I was sitting on my porch in the morning about to get ready for work. I noticed a man walking around my apartment. I was not sure what he was doing so I watched him and was trying to see if he had a dog that maybe he was walking. This man then approched my son's window and tried looking into his window. At that point I flipped. I called the cops and which they came out went and looked around, but could not find the guy. I then called the office later that morning and told them. And what did they do''' Nothing they just said "Oh ok thanks for telling us". Never sent any flyers out mailers or anything.

Example #2: On Sunday night/Monday morning my vehicle was stolen from my parking space. Again I called the cops they came out took a report and did what they needed to do. I called the office in the morning to let them know and once again I was told "OK thank you for telling us. Bring the report so we can put it in your file." I called about 4:30 p.m. Monday to let them know I need a new gate card. I was told that someone might have seen my vehicle in the back of the complex that morning. So sure enough I leave work and find my car where they said it was. One of the tenats called the office Monday MORNING to let them know my car was back there. The office never called me to let me know nor did they call the police to let them know.

Example #3: (This one is not about safety) About a week after I moved in my son's closet floor was soaked. I was told when they cleaned the guest bathroom tub they did not put it back together correctly so everytime he got a bath all the water ran under the tub to his closet. So about 8:30p.m. (on a school night) I had to call maitance to come correct this issue. They came out and dried the carpet that night, then the next day they fixed the tub and later that night came to dry the rest of the carpet.

I always loved the Camden properties and wanted to live in one. Had I known that this is what it was going to be like to live here I would have never moved in.

I feel for you. We have had our car vandalized twice since living here. The office has no remorse nor do they care about adding any security.
