I am sick of this place and i am trying to get out of my lease. I have a newborn and the people upstairs keep playing basketball. They are super loud and i feel my roof is going to fall thru. I have made 8 complaints and they basically dont believe me or my husband. They said they sent someone up there and there was no basketball ring up. Which from outside you could deffinetly see. Out of the 8 complaints only 1 has been recorded. I have called corporate and sherriff dept and these people still continue to play basketball. The office claims they gave them a courtesy call, but umm okay they didnt get their point accross. The hallways are gross. Spiders are everywhere. Maintance sucks. I am writing a letter to get out of this lease, if I have to hire a lawyer I will.

Good luck... seriously. I hope you DO get out of the lease. If you find a way out, post again so we can ALL learn how to get out!! ** Congratulations on your newborn! =) ** It's funny you mentioned the spiders. I didn't notice them when I first moved here but now it seems like I'm killing at least one a day in my apt!! ICK!! My noise complaints have fallen on deaf ears, too. The office staff couldn't care less. They tell you that they have "taken down your information" - meaningless words to pacify you and get you off the phone. There is NO security. Have you noticed that the gates have been broken for over a month now? Anyone can come and go as they please at any time.

Have you noticed mold yet? My husband and I had to 'abandon' our property to get out of the lease. We complained at least a dozen times in the 3 months we lived there about mold in the air ducts and nothing was ever done about it. When we realized I was pregnant we verbally told the property manager that we were leaving and to shove the lease up her ass! We are now fighting them because they feel we owe 2 grand for 'abandoning' the property. They all are incompetent and rude. We even had one of the office girls barge into our apartment to show it!!!!!
