The staff at Camden Bay is terrible. If you want something fixed be prepared to call 3 to 4 before they bother to send someone out. Everytime I call they tell me that "it is not in their system". I am guessing their staff members need some computer training since they can never get it in their system untill the 4th time you complain.
I have tired complaining to their corporate office but that was just a waste of time. They don't care either. One of my neighbors had to file a complaint with the better business bureau before she could get her problems with the front office resolved.
The walls here are paper thin and if you bother to complain about your neighbors stero vibrating the walls in your apartment dont be surprised if they dont do anything. Also if your neighbors smoke and you don't, too bad, the smoke still leaks into your apartment. My advice is to stay far away from this place.

AGREED! But I'm sorry to say that even if your maintenance request made it into "their system," it STILL doesn't matter. A few days after I placed a maintenance request, I received an email from the office stating that my maintenance issue was resolved... no one EVER came to my apartment, NOTHING was ever done. I had to call again and place the same request. Still unresolved...
