I moved in almost 8 months ago. The apartment was filthy and the maintenance department tried to minimize the level of dirt on the carpets, mold on the inside of entrance door, one inch thick dust on the ac, the aparmtent had not been cleaned prior to my move-in, and the front door is difficult to open and close so it sounds like I am slamming the door each time I enter or exit. I called the corporate office in Texas as I went almost 6 weeks without phone service, cable and internet until Bright house was able to find the cause of the problem. Water fees are extremely high, the first electric bill from the main office was more electric than I use in a months time but this was for less than one days use according to the main office. A new neighbor moved in above me and it sounds like he has lead in his feet when he walks across my ceiling at 1 to 2 am in the morning. I put down $400.00 as a non-refundable deposit for my dog. When my lease is up I don't plan to renew. I was told to break the lease I would have to pay additional management fees in addition to the fee to break the lease.
