I would never recomend that anyone should move here. I have had issue after issue of problems with them and the facilities.

1)the pool is never cleen, the hot tub has cigarette butts in it allmost constantly. It never is hot either.
2)there so called gated community is never gated, the gate is allways broken, what if you get robbed whos to blame in this situation' There are thefts there constantly.
3)there office staff are the most unprofessional bunch of children out there. You have to put in a maintanance request at least 3 times and 2 weeks later it gets resolved.
4)When you move out they try to charge you for every little thing possible, for example, when I moved out they gave me a bill for nearly $400 because there were stains on the carpet pad. They put the blame on me, yet the carpet wasnt even new when I first moved in there.
5)The fitness facility is a joke, they have treadmills in there from 1969.

6) they are rude when confronted with a problem over the phone.
7) then never ever pick up the phone when you call.
8) what I hate the most is as you are driving through the community and they are on there little carts showing around potential tennants they smile and wave at you like we are all one big happy family....

1) That has nothing to do with the staff than it does with your neighbors... have you done anything about this other than ----- online? 2)The gate is broken because (again) the other tenants break it... have you confronted anyone you've seen messing with the gate? 3)You must be very hostile to receive such unprofessionalism form the staff. I've never had a problem. 4)Every apartment charges you for damages and uncleanliness when you move out. That's why you submit a list of existing problems when you move in. 5)Did you REALLY move here to go to the gym? We actually had the same issues when we moved in. Except let me add that my brand new Honda was put on bricks from by the front gate when all 4 of our tires were stollen off my car one night, along with 21 other people's Honda's in the same complex. We moved out and broke our lease too and were just disgusted with the unprofessionalism of the office staff.
