I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes all over the country and this is definitely one of the better ones. I'm surprised to see so many poor reviews on here. I've noticed most the complaints are either erroneous or subjective from the person writing their review. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their tenants. The maintenance personnel are probably the best I've dealt with... EVER! They always give warning before coming to your apartment and often are able to complete a work order within 24 hours (sometimes within a few hours of posting the work order online). The only fall back is that some of the other tenants are young twenty-something kids. To those kids: THE CAMDEN STAFF IS NOT HERE TO BABYSIT, i.e. they will not clean up the messes you leave behind in public areas, nor should they be expected to! This complex is definitely one of the cheaper rentals in the area and highly recommended. The water billing does seem high. That problem is all over the Bay Area though...
