Online services to pay rent and enter service orders sometimes work/sometimes don't work. The "security" gates do not work most of the time. Lights along the sidewalk were out for months.

The apartment itself is nice when everything is working, and there is a nice pool. However, employees at the welcome center do not return calls or follow through on issues. I gave up after complaining three times about the paint on the floors when we moved in.

Funny how the "Satisfaction Guarantee" link on the website goes to "page not found."
