I lived here a few years ago and I just had to come back. Maintenance is great. The light outside my door went out they fixed it the same day that I called. Parking in my building is great always get a space right in front of my door,but some buildings are larger and parking is bad. Occasionally I hear my neighboors not bad though. The grounds are kept up great. They blow off the leaves on the walkways and your front door every few days. The few times I been to the pool it has always been clean. The office staff is very friendly and are always willing to help out. The security guard is nice, he checks visitors in at night and patrols the neighboorhood in his golf cart. No major incidents (vandelism..) I feel comfortable walking outside at night. Overall a safe complex
