I have complained of a leaking roof for over 5 months. A roofer would come out patch the roof leave, and it would leak again. After speaking with other tenants I found that several are complaining of leaking roofs. The grounds are kept up so that you would not guess that beneath the apartment?s veneer it is falling apart - it is beautifully painted and has aesthetically pleasing landscaping. If you want a dry apartment, dont move here! ALSO, if you decide to end your lease early because of aforementioned troubles, you will be accessed one additional months rent you would have to pay back all concession fees for the term of the lease; this for us was over $2500.00 -- And Management won?t budge because they know that their tenant attrition rate is high.
