I agree about the leaky roofs. The excuse I got when I lived there was that they were fixing all of the roofs and they would get to mine when they got to it (which could have been months). You could see where they had repainted the ceiling in the bedroom from the leak, so it's obvious they knew about it. Plus, I had to call them six times in a month (during the rainy season) to get them to come out, and they only came then because the last time I called, I threatened to call a lawyer next if they didn't have someone come out that day.
