get ready for the mold and the bugs

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
we lived here for a year, only because we had no other choice. their insurance company is currently trying to get out of paying for destruction of our property because of a broken water heater that they did not want to fix. from december til march, the water heater leaked to the point that my roommates room was covered in mold. the oven would burn everything in it, all the appliances are old. theres no parking and the grounds are VERY dark at night. the office staff is HORRID. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE! if you drive through the gate, MAKE A U-TURN AND GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!
