The ceiling leaks and moulds live in apts

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The apt I lived in live Oaks had permanant leaking problems throughout rain. Every summer they fixed it to a level where it never worked.
The management was not friendly at all.
My four community friends shared the equal problems of moulds growing on ceiling and wardrobes.
People complained about the management staffs in neighborhood.
