Relocating from another city, Camden provided all documentation to lease a two bedroom apt two month prior to scheduled move - one week prior to move Camden notified us the 2 bdrm was not available. Because all deposits, power, phone etc had already been paid in addition to being out of town, we had to move into a 3 bdrm - charged more than originally budgeted in addition to fee for pond view - water bill is prorated based on sq footage of apt per bldg - never disclosed during signing of lease. Apt was not cleaned throughly on agreed upon move in date. Parking is terrible. Office staff / accountable repeatedly made errors sending statements of credits then underpayments. Trash recepticals/compactors often over loaded or not functioning. Yearly infestation of termites pouring from walls and ceiling, water leaks and mold.
Not only do they keep your deposits - regardless of condition of apartment when moving out, but sent me a final bill for water/sewage/association.
My advise - find some place else to move to - anywhere else to move to.
