Maybe I got lucky, I don't know. I really don't have any complaints about CLO. I had a leak in my ceiling once and my water heater broke another time. Both were repaired/replaced before I came home from work that evening. Parking has never been an issue, though, I've seen it can be back in the 2/3 bedroom places in the very back. The staff has worked with me when I've had any questions. Noise isn't bad in my place at all and I live by the main entrance. Yeah, sometimes you get the cars flying down the road, but they're far enough in between to where it's not an issue. I've never had a bug/ant issue which is a change from every other place I've lived at. Apt ground are well maintained, though I wish the groundskeepers would start a little later on Monday mornings.

Overall, the only complaint I have is that it's too far away from where I work, which is the only reason I'm moving out. The sq. ft. per dollar ratio is one of the best in Tampa from what I've seen. The gym and bar within walking distance is also a big plus. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
