We moved into this area because we found it reasonably priced for the location, lay out and amenities. Overall, the experience has been good for the past 5 months. We are lucky enough to have quiet adjacent neighbors, but as we face the parking lot we tend to find our "front yard" is the playground for the areas children, who are not well behaved nor supervised. This isn't really the complex's fault, but I would suggest paying more to face the woods or a lake if you can.
PROS: Great layouts. Pretty good maintenance response times, great neighborhood, fair rent, ok staff if you hassle them about things a little, ceiling fans, pools yards well maintained, they have a at your door garbage pickup.
CONS: Atrocious parking, they seem to group people of lower incomes together, so we've unfortunately ended up living next to all the people with unruly children, the dumpster is constantly broken and overflowing trash into the street.
Would I live here again' Probably, but I'd make sure I knew which area of the complex I was getting into, and choose one of the more quiet, expensive spots facing a lake or the woods.
