The place is like a piece of crap. The plumping always smell foul (because it's so old). The places always have cockroaches and mosquitoes although the lanai is newly screen. Anyone said positive about this place must be the people work here. The carpet never gets renew when newcomers come, the carpets get clean & bleach & stain instead.

If you are a newcomer, before you come to the apartment, your apartment will smell bleach throughout the house. They put bleach to eliminate all the foul smell & even included in the paint. It just smell horrible.

The rent is ridiculous. They pick up your trash weeknights & charge you $25/month, & it's mandatory for everyone. Even if you don't have any trash, they still charge you. It's ridiculous since you can walk to the dumpster in 2 minutes.

The water bill is share by the whole building. Even if you live by yourself & don't use a lot of water, you still have to pay the same for a family of 4. The water, you have to pay minimum $27 to $40/month.

You have to pay everything such as electricity, water, trash (mandatory in addition to the trash charge on the water bill), phone & internet. All these bills are on top of rent. Someplaces will pay certain bill including in the rent, this place looks like crap & you have pay everything. I mean literally everything.

The grass always dead. I don't know why they keep cutting the grass every Monday morning. The place is not safe at all. Depends where your aparment is, the parking lot is extremely hard to find.

There are no security at night at all, even though they said they do. The Amberly street is very dangerous too. There are at least 3 accidents in front of this aparment for the past 3 months, & one is fatal. So to be safe, don't live here.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE, YOU WILL DEAL WITH LOTS OF S*** FROM THE OFFICE. YOU WILL REGRET. I KNOW I DO, I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE.
