I've lived here for almost 2 years, and it hasn't been that bad. There have been some issues, but not so bad that I hate this place. I've had a couple of problems with the plumbing. Whenever i take a bath, it leaks into the bathroom of my neighbor below. Maintenance has always been out quickly to fix it, but it keeps happening, so I don't know if "fix" is the right term. I am afraid to take baths anymore, so I don't. Another thing- they are ALWAYS turning off the water for some reason! this can be very inconvenient! I once had a load of laundry in that I was doing for work that day - and then no water! i was screwed.

I live in an upper 1 bedroom with a den, and the one thing it lacks is storage space. There is none. Not even a linen closet. I love my large balconies, though. I was also lucky enough to get an apt. with a washer/dryer already in it, so I didn't have to pay for it. I also really like the location of my apt, as it doesn't overlook any streets or parking lots. Try to get one of those if you move in here.

Noise is a problem. I can hear my neighbors toilet flush everytime they use the bathroom. That really doesn't bother me too much, but the barking dogs does! It seems all of my neighbors have dogs, and they bark at all hours of the day. Very annoying. And beware of doggie doo, as it is everywhere. Also, at times I can hear parties going on clear across the complex.

Parking is not very good, either. If you come home after 6pm, good luck finding a spot near your apartment. The complex has large parking spots, and I think they should re-draw them a little smaller, so they can get more spots in the lots.

This is minor, but I wish they had garbage cans by the mailboxes so i could throw all that junk mail away. Oh, and speaking of garbabge - this is their biggest scam! They now have a valet trash service that picks up at your door, but only 5 days a week, and not on holidays. And only one bag of neatly wrapped trash, so you still have to walk to the dumpster for boxes, extra trash, and other items the service won't take. And they charge you $25 a month for this crappy service, on top of your monthly water and trash bill, which is about $35/month for me! RIPOFF! Especially since I live a one minute roundtrip from the dumpster, and I don't necessarily have trash on the same schedule as the valet service pick-up. management is totally inflexible on this, too.

But overall, I've had no problems with the management. they've always been competent and friendly when I've had to deal with them, but I really keep to myself and try not to deal with them at all.

I've heard of some crime and car break-ins, but i haven't experienced any of it myself in the 2 years I've lived here.

The complex does nice little things like pool parties with food and beer, and you can't beat free food and beer! But the pool is nasty and with all of the children in the complex, I don't even want to think of the things floating around in that pool!

So that is my review. it's not so bad that I wouldn't reccommend this place. It does have it's issues, but I don't think they are egregious.
