My fiancee I have lived here in Camden for almost a year now. We have only had a few problems, which could have happened anywhere. Once our water just didn't work, and it was fixed immediately. Also, one time three squirrels (I know- weird.) burrowed through our walls and attacked our dog. They got rid of the rodents and fixed the holes, but still have to fix our patio screen (we don't mind as much because we can hide it). Some nights, there is loud music, but its on the weekend, so we can sleep in. :) The gates randomly close sometimes, but for the most part are consistent in keeping the community closed. We have never had a problem with management so far, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Although there were some weird problems, it still is nice. :)
