So the first book up there.. seriously, i doubt you don't work for camden. first and foremost. they charge you for everything they possibly can. second. don't plan on bringing your pet there. the grounds are infested with fleas, and they have gotten in the carpet of my apt. and all of my neighbors. third. a guy was stalking myself and several other tenants, and Camden did nothing about it, forcing me to have to end my lease early and of course pay all of the extra fees b/c they couldn't evict someone who was chasing girls around at night, looking in windows during the day, and it didn't stop there. he followed me on campus at usf, while i was walking my dog.... plus, as the above response says, there is a very bad cockroach problem. my mother was visiting and woke up in the middle of the night because a huge cockroach was crawling up her arm. ever since then it went down hill. we found that they were coming from the drain in the bathroom sink, and an opening around the piping behind the toilet... everybody check that area if you are having problems with roaches... at first i thought it was a great place, but there is a lot of underlying problems..

this lady is obviously an idiot and can't keep her apt. clean... hence the bug problem. this apt has been nothing but good for me-- clean, very nice staff, and decent rates. yeah, the apts are old, but everything in them are new.

I agree with the flea problem (my roommate's cat has had many flea treatments and gets a bath every month and still it gets fleas somehow!) but not the roach problem, unless you count roaches the outside porch where they can sneak in thru the screens. Some neighbors are sketchy but I've never been approached or followed.
