The place isn't too bad when you first move in. Like every other place, they do everything in their power to get you to move in and make you comfortable during your first week or so, but after that they really don't care. If you have a pet, you might try looking elsewhere. They claim to spray for bugs weekly, but I have NEVER seen them do it. I've heard of big problems with fleas; our dog doesn't have any but has a HUGE problem with tics. Even walking him in the area in front of our apartment, he has 4-10 tics DAILY. Other than that, as long as nothing breaks, you'll be alright. The maintenance is insanely SLOW (promised to fix our AC in 24hrs, took them 4 DAYS). Some college kids, noisy parties (I have a neighbor who turns on the music around 1am). The complex also charge you for virtually everything. I don't think we will be renewing our lease...
