When I first came here the staff was very nice and I thought it would be a good place to be. But little after I moved in they became very rude and nastey. The aparment was absolutely disgusting they did a horrible job cleaning it out from the previous tenants. Not to mention the maintence workers take forever to do anything. I am pregnant and thought I had a possible mold problem, and they didnt really care and took very long to address the issue. Not to mention they didnt even do it thoroughly, instead of doing a thorough mold test they just sent some worker here to just look at it and tell me it wasnt mold when it was in a conspicuous spot that you couldnt see. Only after I called the second time and gave them in earful about taking legal actions did they rush over to my aid, but still took their time to do anything. There was another resident I knew who lived here who had mold in her AC vents and actually caught a really bad respiratory infection from it cause they didnt treat it properly, so if you do decide to lease here do be very careful and check for mold, cause it really seems to be a problem here in this old complex.
Parking here is absolutely horrible you'll be lucky if you find one near your apartment. Not to mention the lack of speed bumps near the entrance so people speed out doing like 40mph or more. My guests and I came very close numerous times getting T-boned trying to pull out of a parking spot. There is also a very horrible pest problem here with spiders, roaches, silver fish, and God knows what else. I highly do not recommend this complex to anyone. Its just a pain and a complete hassle to live here.

this women sounds like she has nothing better to do than complain about everything revolving around pathetic life. i've lived here for nearly a year and have never heard of mold in these apts... if there were, maint. would be there in a sec like that always are. there are no bugs unless you don't have any common sense and clean up after yourself. finally, the roads are covered in speed bumps and everyone drives cautiously. from they type of person you probably are, you should feel grateful that you got through the screening process

AH AH AH anonymous you are such a joke ! we work with camden properties and the maintenance supervisor told us about this mold issue... they are more than aware of it and it is through the whole property ! camden is extremely cheap, since we work with them there is one thing i am sure of : i will never move in one of their apartments... if only you knew the half of what i know :(
