Let's be real. I have had to called for pest control 18 times and I have been living here for only 3 months. I mop my floors with pine sol and bleach. I never have trash because they valet. This place is just old and need to be renovated. It is just gross as hell to step out side and step in dog ---- over and over. I am counting down the days till my lease is over. The apartments are cheap. I live in a $730 a month litter box. There is a park out here for the children with a pool near it. I constantly see the kids in the pool unsupervised. If you are looking for a peaceful enviroment to call home this is not it. If you are willing to deal with bad kids, pest and dog ---- every where come on down to camden live oaks the girls will put you in old delapted apartment with a 15 month lease.
