I am renewing my lease. I currently have a roommate, our 15 month lease ends in October. I will be transferring to a one bedroom and signing another 15 month lease. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and professional with me. I have only had one issue with pests, pest control came out that day to resolve. I have had issues with my current neighbor. The manager has always resolved any issue promptly. I do agree that they need more lighting in the parking lots. As far as the parking issues, that would depend on what part of the community you live at. In the very back where I currently live, parking is limited. I have noticed that there is plenty of parking spaces around the one bedroom areas. What's up with that' The other tenants keep to themselves, I think they are rude and unfriendly. But, I am not there to make friends. Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours of my request. I too had problems with the installation of the dishwasher. Once I called the problem was fixed the next day. It is very quiet. I would recommend Camden to everyone looking for an apartment. As far as people posting stating there is a flea problem, this community is surrounded by a nature preserve!
