My husband and I currently live here, and even though we're moving out to save some money, the place is quite nice. We live in a 2/2 corner unit, so we have the extra space on our screened in patio. We also face the forest, so are fairly quiet.

Every issue we've had with the place has been dealt with ASAP. Repainting the patios, fixing the toilet seats, repairing the ac/heat and we had a room redrywalled due to mildew. They even took money off of rent when we had the later done.

The maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I've not had too much experience with the staff in the office to give an opinion of them.

The rooms are a little on the small side, but that seems to be pretty standard in this area. The fixtures are a little dated, but not in an "holy crap it's the 70's and this is my Nana's basement" way. The valet garbage is nice, but unfortunately NO RECYCLING, which is rather sad to me.

Like most places in the area, parking seems to be a big issue in the evening, it would be nice if there were assigned spots.

There are a few pools and a communal BBQ at one of them, children however seem to be fairly unattended at the pools during the day. Also people really need to learn to pick up their dog poop.

Overall though, it's really not a bad place, it's safe, my neighbors are friendly and stuff gets fixed quickly. I'd recommend it.
