All they worry about is money! They lied to me about being able to move into a bigger apt for a "minimal cost" Turns out thier idea of minimal cost is $1700.
We decided not to take a a new lease and they DEMANDED $2000 for deciding to not take on the lease. NEVER EVER sign anything before the end of the lease period. They will try to force you to resign 60 days before the end of the lease, but they cant. I learned my lesson on that one.. becasue they WILL try to force you into a new lease.
They dont care about the crime, the hassles, the FREAKING MURDERS IN THE PLACE...all they want is money. They dont care about the guy who mastrubates in the hottub. Or the chick who walks areound naked in her apt in plain view of anyone who walks by..(well, that one isnt so bad)
I would rather live with my parents than live here. (and I REALLY dont want to live with my parents)The palce looks nce when you drive in, but look around and you start to notice the decay. ICK
