People only write reviews "typically" when there is a problem so I thought I would voice my opinion. The ladies at the office are so sweet and the jump on it whenever I call for maintainance or anything I may need. If I call for a repair someone is out to my apartment that day. The building I live in can get a bit noisy on weekends, but that is to be expected from a 20-30 somethings style complex. I have never had any of my property damaged or stolen at Camden and even if it happened, I have renter's insurance (a requirement here) so it would be covered. As for parking. It is only a problem if you come home or go out at late hours of the night. My husband works until 8 or 9 pm and he usually has to park a short distance from our door, but I love that I can have guests over and they can park where they please. I hate complexes that tow my friends cars when they are coming to see me.
As a whole, I feel reasonably safe here, and I really enjoy the complex. Plus it's 4/10 of a mile from the green iguana which makes for safe partying.
