The other comments about the bugs are really true, I have lived in Florida my whole life and I have discovered a million new species of insects since I moved here about 1 year ago. The spiders seem to be the worst. After all it borders woods on 2 sides. The managment made us feel really important before we signed the lease but after we moved in they don't return our calls unless we call twice. For the most part they fix maintnence problems but sometimes it takes a long time and some complaining. They always call after the job is complete to make sure your happy with the work. The water is a big problem it is shut off for the whole day and part of the night at least once every 2 weeks if not more. The traffic is really bad in the mornings to get onto Hillsboro Ave. and the speed bumps absolutley kill your car! If you live in the back of the complex which is where the only dumpster is, you will go over more than ten speed bumps . My car has been broken into likley while the security officer was sitting in the cart at the pool like always. Alot of cars get vandilized here. You can never park next to your apartment and the spaces are so close all of the cars are always opening their doors denting the next car over. I was also unhappy when my cat was lost the first night I moved in and the manager would not allow me to post signs anywhere in the complex, immediatley taking them down. There are alot of college students. The apartments are huge but in turn the heating/air dosent reach the bedrooms almost at all. About once a month they hand out breakfast. There is nevr alot of noise, except someone in here plays the bagpipes. Also, there arent many ferral animals or ducks. The prices are reasonable for the amount of space and the residents are very nice. The grounds are kept up with nicley. Things could be much worst!
