I have lived in Camden Woods for several years now. When I first moved there, one of the apartment buildings burnt down. It wasnt mine, so I figured, "Hey, it's just bad luck. It could happen anywhere."..

Well a little over a year later, my apartment building burns down! The apartment buildings are all wood construction, without any sort of sprinkler systems. So, as soon as there is the smallest fire, the WHOLE place burns down.. Not just one unit, but building after building.

Hopefully they never have a fire between the hours of 10am-4pm. Becuase betweens those hours, your water is usually turned off for some apparent reason. If you are lucky, they will even give you 6 or so hours notice before they turn it off.

The area is really starting to go downhill. Between the section 8 housing next door, and the fact they keep lowering the rent due to all the fires. None of this has really helped to improve the quality of renter living there.

The apartments are full of bugs, at one point I had a horrible fire ant problem, INSIDE OF MY APARTMENT.

I am done ranting, I could go on forever. Please look elsewhere for your renting pleasure.
