I would not recommend this apt. community to ANYONE. They tore our walls out to repair piping that took 2 wks. The mangement was unwilling to compromise. The new piping is leaking and has caused mold to grow in our carpet and walls ruining our stuff. Again mgmt. refused to helped. The bathroom are rotting where the caulk is, and we have yet to have someone come repair as promised. Spacious, but poorly kept, poor management. Mgmnt. is nice at first, but they are unwilling to help once you sign in. The communtity landscaping is horrible as well. Unless your looking for a overpriced apt. that is falling apart, loud parties, and poor, unconcerned mgmnt. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!! I would never move into any Camden Community after the poor service and poor community living this company has provided.
