If you wan't to be in a gangsta community then Camden Hoods, I mean Woods, is for you! When I spoke to staff prior to moving in I was told the majority of tenants were of the business/working class however my observations have been different. They allege a criminal history check is conducted upon applying but I have my doubts. Had leaky plumbing in the neighbor's bathroom. The water trickling down the interior closet wall resulted in mold growth. It was soooo bad it grew in the walk-in closet infesting luggage and clothing articles. Camden Hoods staff said they could do nothing as I do not have renters insurance and it wasn't their problem. Apartment security is a joke! A fat guy on a golf cart peeping into windows is what you get! One dumpster for the entire community, makes a lot of sense!' Multiple speed bumps that wear you shocks out, slow maintenance repairs, eyesore landscaping, incompetent staff, noisey cars and parties. Bottom line, they are in it for the cash. In summary, if you want to pay for overpriced Section 8 housing, then Camden Hoods is for you.
