I only lived here through my student housing situation (as well as at Audubon Village) for all of 4.5 months. I lived in an upstairs HUGE 2 bed/2 bath. The living space was HUGE. I've seen the regular rental prices for the apartment I was in, and it'll be a long time before 40% of my income a month is over $1100 and I'm willing to spend that much on RENTING, but there are a lot of bad little gangsta-wannabes there. And yes, college students, but we aren't all bad, you know. There are 2 women in the office who are worth your time. One (I don't remember names) is a pretty young blonde who smiles and waves at everyone and is a delight to deal with, the other is an older women who, I hate to say this, her mouth talks a little crooked, and she's a little older (just like 30 something nothig OLD).
