Avoid! Very Poor Management

I find the office staff to be sarcastic and actively unhelpful. Maintenance issues are ignored repeatedly (I had to threaten to contact Camden Properties corporate management to get them to come to the apartment at the time THEY scheduled for the appointment after they failed to do so on three occasions). The staff are sticklers for the wording of the contract unless (as is often the case) they are wrong. They do not understand the contracts nor realize the obligations of the 'lessor'.
