First of all, as you come onto the property you will notice there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. You have to dodge kids going and coming home from school and anyone else who does not have a car and has to walk to the street at their own RISK!!! Absurd! Too many wild cats to count. Garbage gets ripped open all the time. NEVER put food leftovers in trash. Always in sink. The Valet trash service is advertised as OPTIONAL but it is MANDATORY $35.00 a month trash fee. A true rip-off. Also you get charged $5.50 a month for the trash compactor for the trash service to put your garbage into for you. Other properties only charge $15 a month. Go to http://www.valetwasteinc.com to see how they pitch it to property communities like here as an incentive to make extra money. You WILL pay a WHOPPING $486.00 a year for trash removal!!! Also, Cindy the property manager couldn't care less about the tenants. She refers to the property as a business and they need to make money.

They alos take used exercise equipment from the trash and put it in the Gym. No weights. All treadmills and stepping machines. Bogus. No jacuzzi!

Also it feels as if we are living in the hood as they will practically rent to anyone to fill vacancies and people offer you crack at the mailboxes. Too many drug dealers to count.

I could go on and on but I highly suggest somewhere else to live. We are leaving at the end of our lease.

I dont know who you are or what buliding you live in but .. no longer do you pay for trash removal, the gym is kept better then some gyms I HAVE TO PAY FOR. You should be lucky to live in Camden it is the nicest apartment complex in town, unless you would like to live in the city or very close! .. get over yourself!

I agree with you about the cat problem. There are 8 stray cats that live by my door. I am made to pay for valet trash that I cant even use because, food or not the cats get in the trash can. They also use the bathroom on my doormat. We have complained about them many times, but nothing has been done. Other than that this is a nice complex if you want to get away form city life. I have never seen drug activity here.
