I loved the place since I 1st saw it. Very different from the all the hussle and bussle of Tampa. Love that they have trash removal, everything is clean, maintance is great and they are always willing to help. The only down size is many of the people that live here are younger so sometimes hard to find parking spots later at night, lots of bass late at night when cars coming home and my room mate complains of the people living next store. but that is what happens when you live in an apartment. all in all I will be living here for sure for the next 2 yrs until I finsh school !
