I lived at this property when they first built it and I loved it. The apartments are large and unique and management was first class. But, that has been many years and I am thinking of moving back yet am worried about all the negatives here now. I realize that can be from disgruntled residents mad over other things, so I am asking any current (real) residents here to reply to this and tell me what you think of the complex now. Based on my residence when they built it, I had no issue.
I really need to get a accurate idea on what it is like now. Thank you for anyone who will be honest and not just be playing around (with whatever advice you may give, good or bad) on the complex. I appreciate it.

i used to live there a few months ago, and a lot of people are not happy with the new management there.noneof the New managemnt staff stay on the property. they would rather you pay $30.00 a month for trash than for the security guard that used to patrol the property to make sure the vagrants from the hotel next door come in and do business, there have been condoms found on the grounds since there is no more security . Management will state that they have local police doing security but most of the police officers stay in the back of the property and not in the front where condoms and garbage can be found. anytime between 1am and 4 am you can find vagrants strolling the property , i would see acouple with a suitcase nightly walking in the back of the property . Managment could care less all they care about is this is a business , they dont care , they treat all residents as if they dont want to pay their bills, I was there for 2 years and then it started to go down hill, they ARE renting to a lot of college students there, students who blast their music and loud neighbors that you can hear across the parking lot. Managfement does not care. they have been told nuemerous times about loud neighbors and they do NOTHING

To the previous writer, I'm glad you found condoms - good idea to practice a healthy lifestyle nowadays. Here is my opinion to the original query: I've lived here for over four years (just signed a new lease, my fifth) and am very comfortable in the community. I've made numerous friends, some short term, others for life, and have also met numerous inconsiderate folks, as one would anywhere on this planet. Your attitude helps - some thrive on complaining and negativity, others have better things to be concerned about. Both types live here, so pick one! Maintenance team is excellent, and grounds are well-kept, though the ponds/lakes could use help (fountains, for stagnant water?). The property is one of the VERY FEW where you'd find healthy, and welcome sight of trees and greenery. Most of Florida thrives on slashing and burning anything taller than a blade of grass. I know people who have lived here for more than a dozen years, and will continue to. Parking is adequate, lighting is decent. I also see dogwalkers who are up and about well before 5:00 A.M. as well as late at night; it's a very pet friendly property. There are some raccoons, cats, other wild creatures, but they need a place too. Perhaps I've been lucky, my neighbors have always ben extremely quiet, and personally have no grumbles, though I've heard of noise complaints - don't forget it's an apartment community. A couple of negatives: the $30/month trash fee, and somewhat steep ($35-45) water/sewage fee. Overall, it is a decent place to live - there are inconsiderate, rude, obnoxious fols coming and going, but the good outweigh the bad. I recommend it, and plan on being here. Please feel free to post other queries. Lastly, the property is so close to a major thoroughfare, but you'd never know it. Very convenient to walk to a number of businesses.

I have only lived in this camden property for 9 months. I moved from another camden and compaired to that one this one is great. I like the office staff they are nice. The maintanance is prompt.And the property is clean. I have never found comdoms on the ground or anything else unpleasant for that matter.The only complaint I have had is about the stray cats there are alot, but I haven't seen one in about a month or so, so they must have listened and done something about it. The prices are high now and they charge for valet trash, cable and other unessasary thigs, but thats what youll get if your living in an apartment. To those who complain about other people in the apatment complex, stop compaining and rent a house its less expensive and you dont have to deal with living in close quarters with others. My rent is around 1100 a month and houses are alot less expensive than that, but I choose to live here, so get a house if apartments arent for you.
