Large apartments, but they come at a price...

you may think the high price to pay for the largest floor plans in the area is in terms of money....
Nope, Actually, I think money wise they are very competitive & more affordable than most...
My problem with the complex is the apartment burglaries. Way too many. The detective even has a name & picture of a suspect & the complex is not doing anything to see when the suspect(s) come in (only 1 entrance, not hard to do)
The other problem is the fire hydrants aparently not working, thus a building burnt down.
Other Candem owned complex's have built in security systems, but not this one.
I would recommend that you look into a gated complex with security systems wired into the building, because sooner or later, in a place like Chase Crossings (Candem Woods) you WILL be broken into (burglary).
