I have lived in Camden Wood apartments since June of 2008. I liked the idea of having my own apartment at first but once I moved in, I've had really bad roach problems, The windows leaked the first weak I was there. It is very poorly maintained. The amount of speed bumps is ridiculous. The pools would need to get disgustingly dirty before they would take the proper care of them. Honestly, the employees at Camden Woods are really nice but as for the maintenance I would have to give it a 2 from a scale from 1-10. The rent is overly priced. As per my title, if you wanna save money Stay away from Camden Woods because you're paying way too much for what you get. That's why I'm moving the heck out of here and won't be looking back.
