The maids stole a piece of very expensive jewelry right off my roommate's desk. Then they came back 4 days later to clean again...but fortunately we were home. I am sure they were looking for more to steal. When we reported it to the management, they treated us horribly! They didn't do a thing about it and lied their asses off to cover the fact that they didn't cancel our maid service as requested after the theft. Every time you make a request, they do nothing and then say you never requested anything. The price is not worth it!! The place is filthy, with garbage, beer bottles, and vomit everywhere.If you dare to live here, put in writing that you do not want maid service and keep your bedroom doors locked every time you are not home. The maids walk in without knocking and will rip off everything you own. Worst apartment I ever saw!!!!!! The management is totally disrespectful to the tenants and I have never seen such liars. They argue with you and are complete smartasses and the worst manager is a stupid little 22 year old -------. We are still waiting for maintenance requests from 2005. It took 3 months to get into the apartment because construction was not completed as promised. We had to live in a hotel for the first 3 months of the 2005-06 school year. Then after we moved in the apartment, it was still not finished for months! The furniture is so cheap, it fell apart the first month we lived there and is still not fixed. It is hard to believe it is a new building. The maintenance is the absolute worst, it is pathetic. Choose another apartment...that is my recommendation.
