This is the 3rd college living apartment complex that I've lived in, and by far it's the best. The aparments themselves are the nicest around. I understand concerns about hearing neighbors' noise, but it is no worse here than anywhere else. Something you have to understand is that the majority of the residents are students. With that being said, they do party and sometimes throw trash everywhere. My advice would be if you are struggling to make rent payments because of the price, it probably isn't for you. But if you want to live in a nice place I would definitely recommend it.
