Future Residents should be able to make a decision on this place based on a visit.

It is a nice place.

Beware of us first year residents and our complaints, while many hold true, we may be a little bitter from all the hype, promises and high expectations we had, and our unfortunately long stay in the hotels, yuck.

the truth is it is a nice place if you want to or dont mind living with 3 other ppl and you are looking for meeting younger college students.

I do highly recommend this for younger students, especially first year, and any undergrads...

its easy, all inclusive, practically on campus, and new.

pros:
- stuff is new as it is less than a year old.
- fully furnished with nice leather couches, tv, washer/dryer and average other furnishings.
- utilities included
- my walk in closet was as big as my bathroom, I loved it.
- small complex
- a minute from usf

cons:
- poorly constructed in a rush.
There is no way the walls are 12 inches thick and if they are, there is absolutely no insulation to keep noise out.
- there were many promises and distractors that tricked many of us first time residents into signing, so do make sure to visit and see what is really there as we didnt have that opportunity we just had faith.
- the door to my bedroom locks and closes so when you turn the knob it appears locked but apparently all you have to do is give it a push and it pops open as if it was never locked! (aGAin poor construction)
- in the beginning the maid service was a joke, the lady was nice i guess but appeared a little iffy and barely cleaned! she really was just there to rat us out about having pets, or other discrepancies.

- the maids go into your room even when you arent there and actually rearranges your stuff! (unless you post an actual sign on your door saying no maid service please, or cancel your service all together) what is that' I sure hope future residents are mindful to leave a sign up if they plan on being out of town or not around, or just dont mind a total invasion of privacy and potential for things to go missing.
- there are ceiling fans in the hallways outside but not in our bedrooms as there were supposed to be' this seriously confuses me.

There are many small complaints I have, but in actuality I am only really moving because I'm tired of the typical student living.

It is in my opinion much prettier and nicer than the others in comparison.

**The overall main complaint is that the construction was rushed entirely too much, it was not built to its potential and was in that aspect very dissapointing.

I can live without the promises that were unfulfilled, as i believe the overall experience is good, but the poor construction was very annoying at times.
