This company takes advantage of students.The student pays for a full year, but doesn't get a full year, the room is cleaned before move in, although not to my standards, but the rest of the apartment is not.

They will find everyway they can to screw you out of money.

There is new management now. And by the way, if you plan on renting anywhere at all for much longer, get used to things not being very clean when you move in. Most people are slobs.
