When I first moved into this apartment, after a lengthy stay at a hotel, the rent was $550, then this year they put it up to $575 and now it will be $600! What more amnenities are we getting to make the price go up so much' NONE! If I were you, I would save my money and get an apartment in Hyde Park, South Tampa or New Tampa for only $450.

The only reason rent went up is because of increased property taxes and insurance rates. The rent went up everywhere and will continue to go up. Plus, they also told me the rent would be increased to $600, and I'm definitely paying $575. So don't worry, you probably still have that extra $25 per month. Maybe you should ask them why they raise rent every year or do a little research before you whine about it.
